Jay Douglas Stiles, 59, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019. Jay served as a Chief Engineer for the Merchant Marines for 35 years. He loved being outdoors, especially camping and hunting deer and squirrels.
Jay is survived by his loving partner, Patricia Smith and their faithful furry companion, Maggie; parents, Melvin and Nadine Stiles; brothers, Steven and Michael Stiles; nephews, Bradley and Wesley Stiles, 4 great nieces; and his cousins, Kay Radtke and Frances Decker.
Cremation was chosen following Jay's wishes.
