Jamie "Nicole" Baker, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 25, 2019.
Nicole was born on April 7, 1982, in Middlesboro, Kentucky.
Nicole was a Physical Therapist for Signature Healthcare. She was a very precious daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend who touched the lives of many.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Joshua Baker who was the love of her life; her father, Shane Redmon; grandparents, Gene Agee, Sr., Austin Redmon and Maxine Redmon.
Nicole is survived by her daughter, Carson Rylee Baker; mother, Joyce Agee Redmon (JS Sizemore); sister, Michelle Redmon; brother, Michael Redmon; niece, Megan Beck; nephew, Coltyn Redmon; grandmother, Wilma Agee; mother-in-law, Florence Baker; sister-in-law, Jennifer Baker; brother-in-law, Eric Justus; and special friends, Casey & Rachel Kuffner; and a host of family and friends.
A memorial visitation will be from 3 pm to 6 pm on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
