Carol Wells, 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019. Carol was retired from the VA as an Administrator. She served in the United States Navy for 17 years. Carol enjoyed her family and especially her grandchildren. She was an avid cyclist who enjoyed trail riding. Carol was a pet lover, and animal advocate.

She was born on March 11, 1958 in Ft Belvoir, Virginia to Audrey and Jo Ann Harris. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Carol is survived by her son, Brandon (Kathy) Sidebottom, friends, Danny (Karen) Sidebottom, Pam Ramirez and Kathleen Beall, grandchildren, Riker Sidebottom, and Lennox Sidebottom, Brother, Mark (Sandra) Harris, and sister Becky Steele. Carol also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of friends and extended family.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central), Radcliff, Kentucky.
