Robert Louis Kurk , 91, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019.

He was born on May 14, 1927 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Theophil and Anna (Schaefer) Kurk. He is preceded in death by his sisters Edna Mae and Jean.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Frances Kurk, daughters, Janet (John) Schmidt, Lisa Kurk and brother Frank (Shirley) Kurk.

A memorial service for Bob will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Living Room at The Forum (200 Brookside Drive Louisville, KY 40243).

The family requests that contributions in Bob's memory be made to Wounded Warriors Project.
