He was born on April 4, 1975 in Louisville, Kentucky to Johnny M., Sr. and Sharon Sewell . Jason loved life and spending time with family and friends. He was loved partner, son, and brother who will be missed.

He is preceded in death by his Mother, Sharon Sewell, and Grandmother, Ima Vititoe

Jason is survived by his Partner of 19 years, Larry Knust, Father, Johnny M. (Donna Nussbaum) Sewell, Sr., Brothers, Johnny M. Sewell, Jr., and Greg Sewell.

Per Jason's wishes the family has chosen cremation and no services are scheduled at this time.
