In Memory Of
Jane Ann Bruce
1948 - 2018
Jane Ann Bruce, age 69 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018. In her last days, Jane was such a positive person. She refused to believe that her situation was so serious. Her attitude was so strong that it gave the rest of us a feeling of hope. But of course, her condition was serious and we finally lost her on Wednesday. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ida Bruce.
This relationship with "Aunt Jane" has been a rare experience for those who cared for her and their families. She was a unique individual and we all had a friendship that we had not realized with other people. Mainly, it was because she gave so much of herself to others - her love for others, for kids, for pets, that made her a most unusual person. "Aunt Jane" will be surely missed by her close friends and anyone who had the good fortune to make her acquaintance.
A gathering to celebrate Jane's life will be Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown.
