Pete was the proud owner of Limanni Produce for 65 years, a graduate of St. Xavier High School, a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and an avid UofL fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaspare and Mary Limanni, his wife, Barbara (White) Limanni, son, Matthew Limanni, and sisters, Angela Leonhardt and Phillippa Feeley.
Pete leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Kassy Parrott (Herbie), his grandson, Zachary Limanni, his grand-dog/ BFF, Carly, and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 10am until 11am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive in Middletown) with a memorial service at 11am. A private burial will follow.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to The Pete Foundation (2323 Lime Kiln Lane Louisville, KY 40222) or the KY Humane Society.
