Geraldine Ann (Alcorn) Miller, 73, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018. Gerry’s passion was cooking and being with her family.

She was born on March 28, 1945, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to the late George L. and Laura R. Alcorn. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings.

Gerry is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Wayne Miller; son, Lee Miller (Sherry); brother, Lonzo Absher (Lynn); grandchildren, Ashley Miller (Timothy Bowley) and Stacy Rogers (Joshua); great-grandchildren, Jude Edwards and Kacie Rogers; best friend, Carol McKinney; and several nieces and other relatives.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery in Lanesville, Indiana.
