Tina Louise Hughes - Helmi was born on September 17, 1964 in Louisville Kentucky to the union of Tina MaeHughes and Wallace Hughes, Sr.
During her elementary years, she attended E.L. Minnis Jr. Academy and graduated from Western High School. As a youth, she had many hobbies such as, collecting coins and stamps. She also loved animals and cherished her pet cat Weasel, who gave her great companionship.
She was an avid radio listener and often would call into various radio stations and won countless prizes. Tina was a very giving and generous. She often gave away a lot of these prizes to her family members.
Tina recently professed a love of the Lord and welcomed him into her life. She recently told her Aunt Gail a few days ago how much she loved the Lord. We know deep in our hearts that we will she Tina again in the first resurrection where she will be made whole.
Tina leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Tina Mae Hughes; sisters, Lawana Briggs and Jenolla Hughes; brother, Wallace Hughes Jr.; aunts, Gail Wimberly, Anita Hardison, Donzella Evans; niece Simone Bruce (Sean); first cousin Charles Wimberly and several cousins to mourn her passing.
