Billie is survived by her son, Anthony Smith (Karen); sisters, Bonnie Stolt and Edna Bratcher; many nieces and nephews which she loved dearly; and a host of friends.
Visitation will be 9am-10am on Friday, January 12, 2018 with a celebration of Billie's life to follow at 10am Friday, all at Cobb Funeral Home 603 West Main Street Blytheville, Arkansas 72315. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Parkway, Louisville, KY 40243.
