Votaw, Earl Ray, 62, of Leitchfield, Kentucky passed away on October 30, 2014. He was a former employee for Hazelwood Hospital.
Earl was born on August 19, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Clyde & Mary Alice (Driskell) Votaw. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Clyde William "Bill" Votaw.
Earl is survived by his siblings, Clara Margarette Barker(Jim), Joyce Cook(Russell), Calvin Votaw(Marsha), Larry W. Votaw(Lynn), Bruce Votaw(Martina), Steven C. Votaw(Cavaline), Mary Ann Boston(Johny); and many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
