Farley is survived by his loving wife of 7 years, Allison; daughters, Amy Chumbley Beck and Tracie Chumbley Colvin; son, Chad Chumbley; grandchildren, Shane Beck, Kyle Beck, Reese Colvin and Chase Colvin; brother, David Chumbley (Maris); sisters, Paulette Wilson (Gary) and Mavileen Potts; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 2-6pm Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with service to follow at 6pm.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or Hosparus.
