He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Patricia Van Fleet two sons, three grandchildren, and one brother.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 pm Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville) with entombment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
