1928 - 2015

Mary Agnes Stinnett, 87, passed away on October 6, 2015. She was a clerk for the Naval Shipyard in San Diego, CA. She was a great cook, quilter, and enjoyed playing bingo. She devoted her life to her children and family. Mary loved everyone she knew.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Stinnett, Jr.; children, Lynda Long, Michael Stinnett and E. Wayne Stinnett and her parents, William and Maude Ballinger.

Mary is survived by her children, Doris (John) Powell, Patricia (Louis) Shelton, Abreanna Smith (Teresa), Cynthia Hirt, Angela (Joseph) Jaenisch, and daughter-in-law, Jeannie Stinnett; 17 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren; sister, Aleene Scroggins and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Thursday, October 8, 2015, beginning at 2pm at Bethany Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Highway.
