Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Hall, 55, of Louisville, KY passed away on July 7, 2018.

Kenny worked for Louisville Forge and Gear after serving in the US army from 1982-1985 where he was honorably discharged. He then milled gears for the railroad at Penn Locomotive and during his career as a machinist he battled with chronic back pain that originated in the Army. He was awarded with disability in 2003 after 2 failed back surgeries (2000 & 2002). On June 13, 2018 Kenny had his third back surgery by Doctor Kimathi Doss of Norton Neuroscience Institute who gave him a new lease on life. On Saturday July 7, 2018 Kenny had a massive heart attack while mowing his lawn and was put on life support, he died 2 days later at Baptist Hospital East. He was an organ donor for KODA, Kentucky Organ Donation Association.

Kenny was born on April 16, 1963 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Bennie and Ova Hall.

He is survived by his loving wife, Christine McCormick Hall; three children, Cameron Ray Hall, Collin Reed Hall, Amanda Marie Hall; sister, Kathy Hall Pinkston (William "Billy"); niece, Andrea Pinkston Ritman (Aaron); nephew, Chad Pinkston (Lisa); great nieces & nephews, Ava Ritman, Evelyn Ritman, Isaac Ritman, Nathan Ritman, Benjamin Pinkston and George Pinkston.

A gathering will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at Newcomer, Cremations, Funerals and Receptions East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243)
