Gregory Dale Houston, 62, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018. He worked for over 20 years at American Commercial Barge Line. Greg loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was born on February 12, 1956 in Cario, IL to the late Woodville George Houston and Mary Leota (Coffer) Groce. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his step father, Jack Groce.

Greg is survived by his wife of 40 years, Trudy (Fox) Houston; children, Dustin Fox, Leota Rochelle McVay (Frank) and John Houston (Shonda); siblings, Daryl Houston, Jill Houston, Tena Albert and Rick Layton; grandchildren, Briana McVay, Olivia McVay, Carleigh Houston, Kinley Houston and Ashlyn Houston; step mother, Sylvia Houston; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Cremation was chosen following Greg’s wishes.
