Donald E. Wilson, Sr., 75, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at his home. Don loved camping and fishing. He was a very gifted woodworker and had a large collection of model cars. Don enjoyed watching WWE in his free time.

He was born on June 29, 1942, in East St. Louis, Illinois, to the late William and Marie (Wakefield) Wilson. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his 4 brothers.

Don is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marjorie (Luffman) Wilson; children, Donald Wilson, Jr. (Ellen), Tammy Steele (Michael), Jeremy Wilson, Joanna Wilson, and Teresa Weaver (Garry); grandchildren, Amanda, Ryan, Travis, Tammy, Salina, Nathan and Jonathan.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and will continue on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. until time of service. His Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in the chapel at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
