Ronald Dale Sanders, 69, of Louisville, KY passed away on February 17, 2018. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Rutledge Road Baptist Church and VFW post 1181. He was an avid golfer, pool player and a horse race enthusiast.

He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Sanders; parents, Buster and Marie Sanders and brother, Benny Sanders.

Dale is survived by his children, Debbie Ann Sanders - Sato, John Sanders, Shelia Spannknebel and Bryan Spannknebel; grandchildren, Dustin Decker and many others; siblings, Jerry Wayne Sanders, Mary Jane (Mike) Foster and Tricia (David) Williams; a host of many friends and a special friend, Tina.

Visitation will be February 25, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 11am-6pm. A funeral service for Dale will be Monday, February 26, 2018, beginning at 1pm at the chapel of the funeral home.

A celebration of Dale's life will be at the VFW Post 1181, 6518 Blevins Gap Road, Louisville, KY beginning at 3pm.
