Lola was born on September 29, 1949, Dayton, Ohio to Mrs. Eula Green and the late Ephraim Fulks.
Lola leaves behind her husband of 50 years, Kenneth Maxwell SR.; three children, Kenneth JR. (Tracy) Maxwell, Amber Banks (Taylor Woods) and Brian Maxwell; brother, Daniel (Brenda) Fulks, sisters, Leila (Scott) Rike, and Eula Mae York; grandchildren, Siera, Savannah, Travis and Kailyn Maxwell; her fur baby, Riley; and a host of other nieces, nephews and extended family and friends to mourn her passing.
Lola was employed at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center for the past 14 years.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 11am to 1pm, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). Her Funeral Ceremony will be held also on Thursday at 1pm at the funeral home.
