Timothy Ray Baxter Diniz, 27, fondly known as Tim, Beloved son of Patricia Diniz and Fred Reeves, died early Sunday morning on October 8, 2017. Timothy was born on August 16, 1990 in Hartford, CT, but attended school and grew up in Louisville, KY.

Tim was a devoted father to his 9 year old son, Timothy. Jr., an avid bowler, committed gamer, tattoo artist & cartoon enthusiast.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Baxter; and life-long friend, Alex Matthew Siddons.

Tim is survived by his parents, Patricia Diniz and Fred Reeves; son, Timothy Ray Baxter-Diniz, Jr.; brother, Core' Diniz (Brittany); sister, Malia Diniz; half-sister, Lisa Baxter; great-grandfather, August Silva; grandmother, Patricia Fernandes-Diniz; grandparents, David and Theresa Johnson; godparents, Ricardo Diniz II (Victoria), William Bell (Michaela), Rebecca Tinsley Ivy; aunt, Danniece Calbert and many beloved family members and an abundance of friends who will miss his quick witt, kindness, and warm smile.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). His funeral service will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

There will be a benefit in honor of Tim, held at Tin "Tim" Roof Thursday evening starting at 10:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Fifth Third Bank, C/O Patricia Diniz or Core' Diniz, for Tim's son, Timothy Baxter-Diniz, Jr.
