Donald J. Simpson, 40, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on September 30, 1976.

He was preceded in death by his mother; Sharon D. Simpson.

Donald is survived by his beloved wife, Minnie Simpson; sister, Amber N. Simpson; brothers, Charles D. Simpson and Scotty L. Simpson; daughters, Destinie and Lyddia; aunts, Jeannie Griffin, and Maggie Allen; cousin, Patricia R Simpson; 5step-children; three grandchildren; two fur babies, Misha and Gusgus; and a host of other family members and friends who will greatly miss him.

A celebration of Donnie's life will be 1pm Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions. With a visitation from 10am - 1pm on Saturday, September 16, 2017 also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
