Madeline Ruth Hoeffel, 89, of Goshen, Kentucky passed away on August 9, 2017.

She was the owner of the Hartford School of Modeling in the 1960's.

Madeline was an accomplished sailor, being a captain of her own sailboat and
becoming the first female Dock Master of the East Coast at the old Terra Mar in Old Saybrook, CT.

She later became a Real Estate Agent in the Hartford area and Essex CT for 25 years.

Madeline was born on November 22, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Herbert and Lucy (DeFina) Ressegiue. She was also preceded in death by her brother Robert Ressegiue.

She is survived by her daughters, Kim Flanders (Scott) of Goshen, KY, Pat Islieb (Bob) of Yarmouthport, MA, Tracy Wilcox (Steve) of Dunkirk, MD, Carolyn Jones of Louisville, KY and seven grandchildren.
