Worth, Jan, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on May 14, 2017.

Jan served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War, he received his Bachelor's Degree from McKendree University and he was a member of Preston Highway United Methodist Church. He retired from Phillip Morris after 17 years of service.

He was born on December 14, 1953 to the late Robert and Norma Worth. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Kathleen Worth.

Jan is survived by his three children, Elizabeth Shultz (Kelly), Justin Worth and Lauren Worth; grandchildren, Carmen Worth, Nathan Worth, Trinity "Gracie" Fultz, Nicholas Fultz, Jackson Shultz and Robert "Asher" Shultz.

Memorial visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243), with a celebration of Jan's life to follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

In loving memory of Jan, memorial donation may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous (General Service Office, PO Box 459, Grand Central Station, New York, NY 10163)

Worth, Jan, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on May 14, 2017.
