He was employed in sales with Central Payment. Ryan was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan. He also followed Iowa State Cyclones where he attended school. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf.
Ryan was born on November 28, 1975 in Lexington, Kentucky to David Flinchum and Brenda (Strunk) Huyser. He was also preceded in death by his mother Brenda Huyser, maternal grandfather Norman Strunk and paternal grandparents Earl Flinchum and Beulah Holman.
Ryan is survived by his father David (Pam) Flinchum, brother Steve (Joy) Flinchum, stepbrother Ryan Fereday, nephews Brady, Isaac, Jett, and niece Libby.
He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Joyce Strunk, grandparents Steve and Hazel Trummer, loving companion Brittney Harkins and Lily their faithful Bassett Hound as well as a host of wonderful cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:30 pm until the time of the memorial service at 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Crestwood United Methodist Church (7214 Kavanaugh Rd, Crestwood, KY 40014).
Memorial contributions may be made to Crestwood United Methodist Church.
