In Memory Of
William Henry "Benny" Curry
1963 - 2017

William Henry Curry was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, October 18, 1963. His parents, William and Alma Curry, preceded him in death. William, affectionately known as Benny by family and friends, was united in marriage to Loyce Fisher on October 7, 2001. Benny accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and joined Caldwell Tutt Memorial Church, where he served faithfully until his health failed. Benny loved to spend time with his family and friends, and he enjoyed his old school music and his cars. As health began to decline, he found pleasure in putting Scriptures on Facebook.

He leaves to mourn his passing his faithful wife, Loyce Curry; daughter, Aquila Curry; stepson, Alphonzo Fisher (Tina); mother-in-law, Heattie Fisher; step-grandchildren, Devontay Thompson and Kiyondre Thompson; one step-great-grandchild, Braelyn Thompson; three sisters, Frances (Larry) Parks, Thelma (Willie) Strong, and Kathy (John) McGhee; and brother-in-law, Lindon Fisher; along with a host of nieces, nephews, step-cousins, and friends that he dearly loved with all his heart. Three brothers preceded him in death, Thomas, Edward, and Melvin Hamilton. We will miss his laughter and his jokes.

His visitation will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2017, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Caldwell Tutt Memorial AME Zion Church located at 1702 National Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. His Service will be on Monday, April 24, 2017, at church at 12:00 p.m. with more visitation from 9:30 a.m. till time of service. Burial will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
