Cooke, Billy, "Bill", 85, of Louisville, KY passed away on March 17, 2017.

Bill was a graduate of Lafayette High School. Bill served in the 82nd Airborne of the Army during the Korean War. He was a Mason for over 50 years, Lodge 638. He spent most of his career in sales. He loved fishing and bluegrass music. Bill was an avid University of Kentucky fan and was the original basketball shot clock keeper (1985-2007) at Rupp Arena.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Beulah Cooke; and son, Greg Green.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marge Cooke; children, Kevin Cooke, Kelly Cooke, Scott Cooke (Melanie), Kim Roby (Phil), Chris Green (Dennise), Phil Green (Leslie); 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 2 nieces.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 9 a.m. - 12 noon, at First Baptist Church of Fisherville (14910 Taylorsville Rd, Fisherville, KY 40023) with a funeral service to follow at 12 noon Wednesday. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Fisherville, Building Fund (14910 Taylorsville Rd, Fisherville, KY 40023) or Alzheimer's Association of Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
