He was preceded in death by his father, Jack West, Sr.
Jerry, is survived by his wife, April West; daughters, Jaime (Anthony) Schembari, Amanda (Nathan) Veneman and Tara (Matthew) Thomas; grandchildren, Andrew, Jack, Parker, George and Ellie who is expected this spring; mother, Pat West; brothers, Jack (Barbara) West, Jr., Donnie West, Ron (Susan) West and Kevin (Beth) West and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 26, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel, (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY), from 12pm-4pm with a celebration of Jerry's life beginning at 4pm.
