Martha Ellen Gee, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on December 7, 2016. She was a former employee of Republic Bank and UPS. She attended the University of Kentucky, Louisville School of Art, and the University of Louisville.

Martha was born on October 28, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Roger and Mary (Burkholder) McWilson.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Arida (Kent) Gee, sisters Patricia (Tommy) Wilson, Sharon (Dennis) Karr, brother James (Meg) McWilson and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, Kentucky 40243).

Visitation will also be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 9:00am until the time of the funeral ceremony at 11:00am at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville and Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
