Elizabeth was born on September 17, 1956, in Louisville, Kentucky.
She graduated from Waggner High School in 1974. Elizabeth retired from JCPS. She was an avid U of L fan and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Ilse Ballard, and one brother, Norman Ballard.
Elizabeth is survived by her two children, daughter, Erin Paris (Jeremy Couch) and son, Nick Paris (Dana Brubaker); father, James Ballard; loving companion, Daniel Burke; grandchildren, David Voils and Kyah Eisbruncker; brother, James L. Ballard; and loving father of her children, Steven Paris.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, September 30, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service to honor the life of Elizabeth will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
