Dorothy Rosenbaum passed away July 9, 2016 just 37 days shy of her 100th birthday.
She was a member of Southeast Christian Church and a retired secretary of Calvary Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Rosenbaum, Sr.; and siblings, Florence Yates (Dave), Thelma Northcut (Preston), and Paul Weisser (Evelyn).
She is survived by three children, Marianne Brown, Robert Rosenbaum Jr., and Richard Rosenbaum; grandchildren, Timothy Brown (Pam), Amy Chambers (William), Dr. Jennifer Rosenbaum (Bradley), Stephanie Rosenbaum, and Aubriana Brown.
She chose cremation, handled by Newcomer Funeral Homes. A celebration of her life will be held at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Parkway, in the Fireside room. Service will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 3:00 pm with fellowship following until 6:00 pm. Private burial on Monday, August 15th, 2016 her 100th birthday at Cave Hill Cemetery where she will be laid to rest beside her husband.
