Charlotte was born on February 11, 1986 in Frankfort, Germany to Jeffrey and Claudia (Bane) Lamphear. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Alisha Lamphear.
Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Gabrielle and Izabella, sons, Jacob, Alexander and Isaac, parents Jeffrey and Claudia Lamphear, brother, Jeffrey Lamphear, Jr., sisters; Crystal (Nick) Schulten, Cara Lamphear, nephews, Aiden Simms, Jesselee Rath, niece, Violet Mayo and grandparents Roy and Else Bane and Robert and Ina Lamphear. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).
Her funeral ceremony will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home East Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in the name of Jeffrey Lamphear, Sr.
